Heavy Steel Structure

​MJ Space Structure provides heavy steel structures for metallurgy, mining, cement, power generation and other process industries.

The structure shown is a multi-level submerged arc furnace facility, integrating heavy frames, equipment supports, operating platforms, bracing, stairs and maintenance access. Such structures require precise coordination with process equipment, piping, ducts, conveyors and electrical systems.

Our capabilities include heavy welded columns and beams, thick-plate fabrication, complex connections, dimensional inspection, NDT, trial assembly and material traceability. Particular attention is given to equipment interfaces, fabrication accuracy, transport limitations and erection sequence.

With local project coordination in Saudi Arabia and engineering and manufacturing support from China, MJ Space Structure can assist clients from technical evaluation and detailing through fabrication, inspection, delivery and erection support.
